Begin by measuring cocoa butter, cetyl alcohol, apricot kernel oil and BTMS-50.
Heat the mixture gently until all the ingredients are fully melted and well combined, stirring continuously to ensure a smooth and completely melted.
Once the mixture is fully melted and smooth, remove it from the heat. Allow the mixture to cool completely.
Once it has cooled to a safe temperature, add the Germall Plus preservative and the Oatmeal, Milk & Honey fragrance oil. Mix well.
Slowly add the brown sugar to the liquid mixture, stirring continuously to ensure it is evenly incorporated. Mix thoroughly until the brown sugar is fully combined with the liquid ingredients.
Transfer the finished scrub into an airtight container for storage.
