Ingredients
- .95 ounce | 95% Epsom Salt Can use any salt or sugar as a substitute
- .04 ounce | 4% Dried Peppermint Can use most botanicals as a substitute
- .01 ounce | 1% Essential Oil I used a blend of essential oils
Instructions
- Weight out your ingredients
- Mix them all together
- I normally make enough to use as a foot soak and a foot scrub. Kinda a two in one foot care product. Be sure to store in a sealed container if you make more than enough for one use.
