Dissolve the Active Ingredients
Dissolving Menthol Crystals: Measure out the rubbing alcohol in a small container. Add the menthol crystals to the alcohol and leave until they are fully dissolved. This typically takes 15-20 minutes.
Making Shower Steamer
Add the baking soda, citric acid and cornstarch into a mixing bowl. Mix until combined. Add in the eucalyptus essential oil and half of the dissolved menthol crystals and mix.Slowly drizzle the remaining menthol crystals and add liquid colorant.
