Menthol Chest Balm
If you like the feeling of a chest rub, you are going to love this menthol chest balm. I not only like to put this balm on my chest, I also put it on my feet and then put my socks on over it. This chest rub will be one of those diy skin care recipes that you will want to have on hand at all times.

- 4.68 ounce | 52% Coconut Oil
- 2.07 ounce | 23% Apricot Kernel Oil
- 1.35 ounce | 15% Beeswax
- 0.45 ounce | 5% Pink Grapefruit and Citrus Fragrance Oil
- 0.27 ounce | 3% Menthol Crystals
- 0.18 ounce | 2% Polysorbate 20
Weigh out all of your ingredients.
Pour fragrance oil over menthol crystals and set aside. You are going to want to wait about 15 minutes before moving on to the next step, to allow the menthol crystals enough time to melt.
Put beeswax, coconut oil and apricot kernel oil in a heat safe container and put on a double boiler.
Remove oils from double boiler when they are completely melted.
Wipe off any water that is on the side or bottom of your container.
Mix the fragrance oil (with fully dissolved menthol crystals) into melted oils.
Add polysorbate 20 and mix well.
Pour into your container and allow to cool completely.
