Sea Salt Hair Spray
My hair does not like to cooperate with anything until I use a sea salt hair spray. I guess my hair just needs a little grit to do anything but lay perfectly flat. I formulated this sea salt spray to give my hair that grit, while combating the salts drying effects.

- 7.92 ounce | 88% Distilled Water
- 0.36 ounce | 4% Sea Salt
- 0.09 ounce 1% Aloe Vera Powder
- 0.09 ounce 1% Collagen Protein Powder
- 0.14 ounce | 1.5% Vegetable Glycerin
- 0.18 ounce | 2% Argon Oil
- 0.18 ounce | 2% Polysorbate 80
- 0.05 ounce | 0.5% Preservative
Weigh out all of your ingredients.
Put the sea salt into your distilled water.
Place the water / salt mixture on a double boiler until the sea salt is fully dissolved into the water. (This shouldn't take more than a minute or two).
Put the salt water into a mixing container with a pouring spout.
Add aloe vera powder and collagen protein to the salt water.
Mix well.
Add the vegetable glycerin and mix.
Mix together the argon oil and polysorbate and add to water mixture.
Mix well.
Pour into spray top bottle.
