Melt the shea butter, cocoa butter, and sweet almond oil using a double boiler or water bath until fully liquid.
Allow the mixture to cool until it becomes opaque and semi-solid. You can also make an ice bath to cool it quicker.
Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, whip until light and fluffy (about 3–5 minutes).
Sprinkle in the arrowroot powder, Vitamin E oil and add fragrance oil. Whip again until fully incorporated.
Transfer into clean jars and label.
