Cut your soap into 1 inch cubes. If they are slightly larger or smaller, that is fine, we are mostly looking for them all to be about the same size.
Weigh out all of your ingredients into separate containers, separating the soap into two equal portions.
Slowly add rubbing alcohol to the activated charcoal. You are just looking to add enough for the charcoal to be wetted and easier to mix into your soap base. Remember, you can always add more if you need it.
Put half of the melt and pour soap into a heat safe container.
Heat in the microwave in 15 second burst, stirring well in between each interval.
Add your activated charcoal mixture and mix well.
Add the Cucumber Mint fragrance oil and mix well.
Pour into your silicone mold until you fill the mold half way.
Spray the soap with rubbing alcohol to pop any bubbles.
Allow this layer of soap to cool slightly. You will want a layer of cool soap on the top, but not fully cooled.
Slowly add rubbing alcohol to the french green clay. You are just looking to add enough for the clay to be wetted and easier to mix into your soap base. Remember, you can always add more if you need it.
Take the second half of the soap base and melt it in 15 second intervals.
Add the french green clay to the melted soap base.
If you would like to enhance the color, add some green mica powder until you have the desired color.
Add fragrance oil and mix well.
Spray the activated charcoal soap layer with rubbing alcohol. This will help the layers to fully combine.
Pour the french green clay soap to fill the mold.
Spray the top of the french green clay layer with rubbing alcohol.
Allow the soap to cool completely. Then unmold and enjoy!
