Ingredients
- 0.45 | 15% Cocoa Butter
- 0.72 | 24% Hazelnut Oil
- 1.80 | 60% Granulated Sugar
- 0.03 | 1% Monkey Farts flavoring
Instructions
- Weigh out all of your ingredients.
- Place your cocoa butter into a heat safe container.
- Heat on a double boiler until it is completely melted.
- Remove cocoa butter from the double boiler and wipe water off the sides and bottom on the container.
- Add hazelnut oil and mix.
- Add Monkey Farts Flavoring and mix.
- Add sugar and mix well.
- After cooling completely, like let it sit for about an hour, add more sugar to get to desired consistency. (Note: if you do this too soon it is going to get really hard when it cools).
- Package and enjoy!
