DIY Solid Perfume Ingredients

Jojoba Oil

Jojoba oil has a unique characteristics that closely resemble our skin’s sebum. Thus, it is absorbed quickly and is non greasy on your skin. It also has a long shelf life of 2 years.

Candelilla Wax

Candelilla wax is a 100% vegetable based wax. It is slightly harder than beeswax and is used to make our perfume solid. It is also used to add some slip to the product and a glossy finish on the top. Unlike beeswax that sticks on our skin, candelilla wax absorbs in.

Adding Colorant

It is completely optional if you would like to add color. I am all about making my products a little extra and prettier! So, I went ahead and added a little mica powder. Feel free to get creative with your colors!
