Get ready for a game changer with this Honey and Rose Milk Hand Soak. I am terrible to my hands and trust met they are letting me know it. The cold weather, hand sanitizer and a ridiculous amount of washing has them really dried out right now. To combat this, I formulated a skin loving hand soak. Using your hand soak

Take a bowl of hot water and add a few tablespoons of the hand soak to it. Allow your hands to soak for a few minutes. After drying them off, apply lotion.

Rose Milk Hand Soak Ingredients

Buttermilk Powder

Buttermilk powder has been reported to have skin softening and hydrating benefits. Since buttermilk is rich in lactic acid it can help with gently removing dead skin cells.

Colloidal Oatmeal

Colloidal oatmeal is made by grinding oat grain until it is a very fine powder. It is an emollient that softens and soothes our skin. It is often used for dry and itchy skin relief.

Pink Himalayan Salt

The pink Himalayan salt leaves skin feeling super soft and smooth. It is said that the salt minerals help with maintaining our natural skin barrier to keep out irritants and support hydration. The salt is also good with relieving sore muscles.

Oatmeal Milk and Honey Fragrance Oil

This Oatmeal Milk and Honey fragrance may not be necessary, but I really feel like the smell is just so fitting and it adds the wow factor to this hand soak. Seriously, how does it make oatmeal smell so good? I also think the fragrance makes the hand soak more relaxing.

An alternative if you didn’t want to add fragrance would be rose petal powder. That would make it really smell of roses. The only down side is that it will change the color from white to like a deep pink color.

Rose Petals

The rose petals in this hand soak are completely optional, but I feel like they really take it up to the next level. However, if you wind up using this in the bath, you might want to put the rose petals in a mesh bag.
