Gardener’s Exfoliating Soap

Gardeners Soap

If you are into gardening you are going to love this Gardner’s Exfoliating Soap because it is packed with extra scrubbing power to get your hands clean and jammed packed with lilac fragrance. This soap has a little too much exfoliating to use on the more sensitive areas so I only use it on my hands and feet.

Making Gardner’s Exfoliating Soap

Prepare Soap – You will want to start out by cutting up the Melt and Pour Soap into equal size chunks. Then pop it in a microwave safe container. Heat in the microwave in 10 – 15 second intervals, mixing well in between each interval. (You want to be careful not to over heat the soap).

Add color- Add a Dark Purple Mica Powder and mix well. You will want to be sure to mix the sides and the bottom of the container to ensure the mica powder is fully incorporated. If you have issues getting it to mix in, spray the top with a bit of rubbing alcohol to break the surface tension.

Add exfoliators – Add the Pumice Powder and mix well. You will notice that the soap will get a sand paper like texture. At the same time, add a little bit of you White Jojoba Beads and mix well.

Add fragrance – Add the Lilac Fragrance Oil and give the soap one final mix.
